An easy to make and freeze recipe that is ideal when friends and family drop by unexpectedly. As with all home style cooking, add seasoning, pepperoni, cheese to desired taste or add your own special ingredient. It comes from the heart and your family and friends will love it.

What You Need:

500g ground chuck

1 medium onion, chopped

1 small green pepper, chopped

1 (115g) can mushrooms, drained

1 (740g) jar pasta sauce

1 (225g) can tomato sauce

1 t Italian seasoning

500g spaghetti, broken into small pieces

3/4 C milk

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 (140g) pkg sliced pepperoni

1 1/2 C shredded Cheddar cheese

2 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
