Magnificent Meatball Mayhem is an outstanding recipe that is easy to make and freezes for up to 6 months and can be defrosted and used for those lazy Sunday night dinners or when friends drop by unexpectedly.

What You Need:

250g ground chuck

250g ground pork

1 1/2 C shredded Swiss cheese, divided

1 egg, slightly beaten

1 small onion, chopped

1 t celery salt

1/4 t nutmeg

1/4 t allspice

3 C cooked rice, divided

1 (280g) can cream of mushroom soup

3/4 C milk

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
